Conditions such as autism, ADD/ADHD, asthma, behavioral issues, allergies, and food intolerances are on the rise.

Work with me and learn how to:

  • Discern if an exclusion diet is right for your child and family
  • Learn to cook and shop smarter
  • Create meals the kids will actually eat
  • Get the kids on board – so they actually choose the healthy stuff themselves!

A special diet can sometimes help. It can’t cure these conditions, but it can often go a long way in making a positive impact on symptoms and behavior.

If you suspect your child may have a food intolerance or allergy, or if they have recently been diagnosed with one, let’s talk. Overhauling a child’s diet, and the diet for the family, can be completely overwhelming! It can seem almost prohibitively expensive. But this does not have to be the case!

Has your child’s teacher expressed concern about school behaviors? Has it been recommended to you that a food may be the culprit behind a behavior or a health concern, but you’re just not sure if that’s on target? My years as a special educator, combined with extensive education and first-hand experience in elimination diets, make me a unique advocate to have on your side. What you do at home can make all the difference for what happens in school.

Or perhaps you’ve just had it with the fake ingredients found on the food shelves – and the fact that so much junk is marketed to kids. Yikes! But if you try to implement changes, you are afraid of a revolt on your hands.

Only you know what choices are ultimately right for your family. But I can help you zero in on them, set goals to make healthy changes, and make them happen.
